采用自由基溶液聚合法合成界面改性剂丙烯酸十二烷基酯、苯乙烯和3-甲基丙烯酰氧基三甲氧基硅烷的三元共聚物(St/LA/KH-570),对进行氧化处理后的碳纤维进行表面改性。通过红外光谱、核磁谱图和凝胶渗透色谱对界面改性剂进行表征。结果表明:合成的界面改性剂能很好的涂覆于碳纤维表面,碳纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的界面粘结也得到改善,且复合材料的力学性能有所提高。
The ternary copolymer of lauryl acrylate, styrene and 3-methacryloyloxytrimethoxysilane (St / LA / KH-570), an interfacial modifier, was synthesized by free radical polymerization. The oxidized carbon fibers undergo surface modification. The interfacial modifiers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography. The results show that the synthesized interfacial modifier can be well coated on the surface of carbon fiber, and the interfacial bonding of carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene composites is also improved, and the mechanical properties of the composites are improved.
