HCK-1型砼稠度控制仪是由中国建筑第二工程局建筑机械总厂和浙江省计算技术研究所共同研制开发的新产品,于1987年11月获国家实用新型专利(专利号87206336),并于1987年12月通过建设部部级鉴定。一、工作原理和结构 HCK-1型砼稠度控制仪是根据砼稠度与混合料电阻之间的关系,通过测定混合料电阻的方法来测定并控制搅拌过程中的加水量,达到控制砼稠度的目的。稠度仪由装在搅拌机拌筒内壁上的传感器(电极)、控制器和安装在供水管的电磁阀组成,其控制原理见图1。
HCK-1 type consistency control instrument is a new product jointly researched and developed by Construction Machinery General Factory of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau and Zhejiang Institute of Computing Technology. It was granted a national utility model patent (patent number 87206336) in November 1987. And in December 1987 passed the ministerial level appraisal of the Ministry of Construction. First, the working principle and structure HCK-1 type consistency control instrument is based on the relationship between the consistency of the thickness and the resistance of the mixture, by measuring the resistance of the mixture to determine and control the amount of water in the mixing process, to achieve control of the thickness of the crucible purpose. Consistency meter is composed of sensors (electrodes), controllers and solenoid valves installed in the water supply pipe on the inner wall of the mixer, and its control principle is shown in Figure 1.
