随着环境不确定性的增加,以及企业员工行为的不可观测性,员工业绩难以客观评价,管理控制系统较为倚重的事后业绩评价控制越来越难以支持企业目标的实现。鉴于此,本文基于管理控制系统的视角,以氏族理论和身份认同理论为理论基础,对事前控制的员工选拔机制进行探讨,通过构建个人与企业文化匹配和个岗位胜任力匹配的选拔机制,以及员工推荐机制保障的完善,以期进一步完善现有的管理控制系统。
With the increase of environmental uncertainty and the unobservable behavior of employees, it is difficult to objectively evaluate the performance of employees, and it is more and more difficult for them to support the realization of business goals after the performance evaluation control, which is more dependent on management control system.
