收集南宁市1991~2 0 0 3年年脑卒中死亡病例资料及同期气象要素资料,统计分析南宁市脑卒中死亡的时间、季节及月份变化,性别和年龄分布,及其与气象要素的关系。结果表明,南宁市脑卒中死亡人数以冬季最多,男女各年龄段死于脑卒中总人数比约为1.5∶1。南宁市脑出血死亡人数与气温为负相关(r =- 0 .1832 ) ,与气压为正相关(r =0 .15 75 )。南宁市脑梗塞死亡人数与风速、相对湿度正相关(r =0 .2 984 ,0 .2 6 6 9) ,与气压负相关(r =- 0 .182 4 ) ;变压对脑出血和脑梗死的死亡均有影响,变温仅对脑梗死的死亡有影响。
Data of death from stroke in Nanning city from 1991 to 2003 and meteorological data of the same period were collected. The time, seasonal and monthly changes of death, gender and age distribution and their relationship with meteorological factors in Nanning City were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the number of deaths from stroke in Nanning was the highest in winter and the ratio of the total number of deaths from stroke in men and women of all ages was about 1.5: 1. Nanning City, the number of deaths from cerebral hemorrhage and the temperature is negatively correlated (r = - 0.1832), and pressure is positively correlated (r = 0.1575). Nanning City, the number of deaths from cerebral infarction was positively correlated with wind speed and relative humidity (r = 0.984, 0.266 9), negatively correlated with air pressure (r = -0.1842) Infarct death have an impact, temperature change only affect the death of cerebral infarction.
