分析我国生物保护多样性的现状,针对我国生物多样性法律保护制度存在的不足之处,提出弥补立法漏洞,加大执法力度,建立完善的生物多样性法律保护体系。
In order to analyze the current situation of biodiversity conservation in our country and to address the shortcomings of the legal protection system of biodiversity in China, it is proposed to make up for the loopholes in legislation, strengthen law enforcement and establish a sound legal system for biodiversity conservation.
