本文将枯草芽孢杆菌菌株GB03和保水剂结合在一起,研究其对盐生牧草小花碱茅生长和耐盐性的促进作用。结果发现,在正常条件下,添加保水剂和GB03的幼苗比对照地上部干重增加53.5%,Na~+含量降低56.7%,K~+含量增加64.3%,K~+/Na~+提高157.5%;比单独添加GB03的幼苗地上部干重增加116.8%,Na~+含量降低49.2%,K~+含量增加119.1%,K~+/Na~+提高2.3倍。在400 mmol·mL~(-1) NaCl盐胁迫下,添加保水剂和GB03的幼苗比对照地上部Na~+含量降低19.6%,K~+含量增加119.6%,K~+/Na~+提高162.7%,渗透势降低44.7%;比单独添加GB03幼苗地上部K~+增加107.4%,K~+/Na~+提高120.7%,渗透势降低10.2%。结果表明,保水剂与枯草芽孢杆菌GB03结合能显著促进正常条件和盐逆境下小花碱茅的生长,显著降低地上部Na~+含量,增加K~+含量,提高K~+/Na~+,并降低了叶片渗透势,从而有利于小花碱茅幼苗适应盐逆境。
In this paper, Bacillus subtilis strain GB03 and water retaining agent were combined to study their promotion of Haliotis concubi growth and salt tolerance. The content of K ~ + increased by 107.4%, K ~ + / Na ~ + increased by 120.7% and osmotic potential decreased by 10.2% The results showed that the combination of water-retaining agent and Bacillus subtilis GB03 could significantly promote the growth of S.aurum under normal conditions and salt stress, significantly reduce the content of Na ~ + in shoots, increase the content of K ~ + and increase the content of K ~ + / Na ~ +, And reduce the leaf osmotic potential, which is conducive to P. xylostella seedling adaptation to salt stress.
