采用化学沉积法在粉石英表面包覆TiO2,研究了TiOSO4—H2O—SiO2反应体系的温度、水解时间、晶种、表面活性剂等因素对包覆的影响;利用SEM,XRD,IR等对复合粉体的形貌、组成、表面官能团等进行表征.结果表明:化学沉积过程中采用自生晶种、并有表面活性剂作用下,水解温度95℃,粉石英-硫酸氧钛水溶液体系保持5 h,能制备出包覆效果良好的复合粉体,白度最高可达93.4,复合粉体中粉石英表面包覆致密的锐钛型TiO2,二者以化学键结合,强度较高.
The effect of temperature, hydrolysis time, seeds and surfactants on the coating of TiOSO4-H2O-SiO2 reaction system was studied by chemical deposition on the surface of powdered quartz. Powder morphology, composition, surface functional groups were characterized.The results show that: the use of chemical precipitation process of seed crystals, and the role of surfactants, the hydrolysis temperature 95 ℃, powder quartz - titanyl sulfate aqueous solution system for 5 h , A composite powder with good coating effect can be prepared, the whiteness is up to 93.4, and the compact powder coated with anatase TiO2 on the surface of the powdery quartz is chemically bonded with high strength.
