随着“择校风”的越演越热,在农村中学困生的比例不断增大。在新的教育理念不断出现的今天,我们应如何在教学中创新的教育学困生;让他们愉快的学习化学,提高他们的化学素质,这是摆在农村教育工作者面前的一大难题。通过对学生的观察和了解,发现“学困生”不是绝对的,他的产生有其原因,找准“病因”对症下药定能转化,作为教师有义务、有责任使每一个学生健康快乐成长,尤其不能丢下一个“学困生”。事实证明,“学困生”是可以转化的,下面浅谈几点“学困生”的转化方法。
With the “school spirit” more and more hot, the proportion of students in rural secondary schools continue to increase. With the advent of new educational concepts, how should we innovate pedagogical students in education?
