在黄浦区老城厢朝阳门(今称小南门)内,有一条富有明、清、民国建筑特色的乔家路。它东起中华路,西至凝和路,全长539米,宽9.4~14.2米,柏油路面。它原是一条河浜,名乔家浜,东引朝阳门水关水,西流也是园浜。直至辛亥革命后,才被填没筑路。明代大科学家、位居相位的徐光启,明末名将乔一琦,清末民初大画家、慈善家王一亭等名人都出生或居住在这一条路上。此路可谓“人杰地灵”。 乔家路东端与巡道街交接处,有一座被称为“三进九庭心”的郁家大院。其主人就是名噪大江南北的清代上海船王、沙船巨子、金融业领袖、从二品红顶商人、“宜稼堂藏书楼”主人郁泰峰的住宅。 不久前,黄浦区政协文体委员会战员,在副主席孔耀洲率领下,对市政府已公布的12片历史文化风貌保护区之一的老城厢中的乔家路开展调研时,发现了这座郁家大院及其主人郁泰峰的传奇生涯。后经深入访问郁秦峰后裔郁树铨(参加革命后改名郁青,现为中国文联离休干部、作家)等人,查阅了有关史籍,其中有《黎阳郁氏家谱》等书,使我们深深感到上海船王郁泰峰茬清代道光、咸丰年间,对上海的沙船航运、金融、文教、城建、商市以及慈善等事业方面,都作出了值得载入史册的贡献。其在嘉道年间建造的住宅,在当时上海城内外首屈一指,除用材考究、陈设精致外,且在设计上也匠心独具,崇古而又趋时,朴实中显豪华,为时人称羡。迄今虽已历经二百年风雨蚀侵、战乱破坏,然基本保持了完整的江南大宅风貌,不仅为老城厢增光,也为上海这座历史文化名城添彩。
Inside the Chaoyang Gate of Laochengxiang (now called Xiaonanmen) in Huangpu District, there is a Qiaoji Road rich in architectural features of Ming, Qing and Republic of China. The owner is the famous North and South of the Qing Dynasty Shanghai Ship King, sand boat giant, leader of the financial industry, from the top two merchants, “Yijia Tang library” owner Yu Taifeng residence. Not long ago, the CPPCC members of Huangpu District Political Commissar, under the leadership of Vice Chairman Kong Yaizhou, conducted an investigation into Qiaoji Road in Laochengxiang, one of the 12 historical and cultural protected areas that the municipal government announced, Courtyard and its owner Yu Taifeng legendary career. After an in-depth interview with Yu Qinfeng’s descendant Yu Shuquan (renamed Yu Qing after the revolution, is currently a retired Chinese Literature and Art Association, writer) and others, they reviewed the historical records, including the “Li Yang Yu’s Family Tree,” and other books that made us feel deeply about the Shanghai Ship During the Qing dynasty and the Xianfeng era, Wang Yutai Fengdu made contributions worthy of annotation to the history of Shanghai’s ship shipping, finance, culture and education, urban construction, commercial markets and charity. The dwelling built in Kadoorie years was second to none at that time inside and outside Shanghai City. Except for its exquisite materials and elaborate furnishings, it was also admired in its design. Although it has gone through two hundred years of wind and rain erosion, war damage, but basically maintained a complete style of Jiangnan mansion, not only for the Laochengxiang add light, but also for the historical and cultural city in Shanghai luster.
