目的掌握湖北省血吸虫病监测点疫情动态,为制订防治策略提供依据。方法 2013年在全省13个市的63个血吸虫病流行县(市、区)共设立207个疫情监测村,开展人、畜病情和钉螺分布监测调查。结果监测村居民感染率为0~1.00%,平均感染率为0.35%;农民、渔民感染率分别为0.44%、0.42%。耕牛平均感染率为0.15%。活螺平均密度为0.30只/0.1m2,未查到感染性钉螺。结论 2013年湖北省血吸虫病疫情稳定;但应继续做好传染源监测控制工作。
Objective To master the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis surveillance in Hubei Province and provide evidence for the prevention and control strategy. Methods In 2013, a total of 207 epidemic monitoring villages were set up in 63 schistosomiasis endemic counties (cities and districts) in 13 cities across the province to carry out surveys on the distribution of snail and human diseases. Results The infection rate of residents in monitoring villages was 0 to 1.00% with the average infection rate of 0.35%. The infection rates of peasants and fishermen were 0.44% and 0.42% respectively. Cattle average infection rate of 0.15%. The average density of live snails was 0.30 /0.1m2, not found infectious snails. Conclusion The epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in Hubei Province was stable in 2013; however, monitoring and control of infectious diseases should be continued.
