目的观察新疆红树莓果实乙酸乙酯提取物(EER)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用,并从抗氧化角度探讨其降压作用机制,为红树莓的心血管保护作用提供科学依据。方法将32只16周龄雄性SHR随机分为:高血压对照组(SHR组)、EER低剂量组(EERL组)、EER高剂量组(EERH组)和卡托普利组(Cap组);另选8只WKY大鼠为正常血压对照组(WKY组)。采用无创尾压法测量血压,干预5周后检测大鼠NO、内皮素(ET)、MDA水平及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果与SHR组比较,Cap组、EERL组、EERH组大鼠于预后血压呈不同程度的下降趋势;EERL组大鼠NO、SOD明显升高(P<0.01);EERH组大鼠SOD、T-AOC明显升高(P<0.01),而ET、MDA明显下降(P<0.05)。结论EER对SHR的降压作用可能与其抗氧化作用有关。
Objective To observe the antihypertensive effect of Ethyl Acetate Extract (EER) of Red Raspberry Fruit in Spontaneous Hypertensive Rats (SHR) and to explore its antihypertensive mechanism from the viewpoint of antioxidation, and to provide cardiovascular protection for Red Raspberry Function provides scientific basis. Methods Thirty-two male SHR aged 16 weeks were randomly divided into hypertension control group (SHR group), EER low-dose group (EERL group), EER high-dose group (EERH group) and captopril group (Cap group). Eight other WKY rats were selected as normal blood pressure control group (WKY group). The non-invasive tail pressure method was used to measure blood pressure. After 5 weeks of intervention, NO, endothelin (ET), MDA levels, total antioxidative capacity (T-AOC) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were measured. Results Compared with the SHR group, the rats in the Cap group, the EERL group and the EERH group showed a decreasing trend in the prognostic blood pressure; the NO and SOD in the EERL group increased significantly (P<0.01); the rats in the EERH group had SOD and T- AOC increased significantly (P<0.01), but ET and MDA decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The antihypertensive effect of EER on SHR may be related to its antioxidative effect.
