班主任,是班级工作的领导者,组织者和实施者。作为技工学校的班主任,面对的是处于青春期的学生,而且有时接触的是处于叛逆期的学生,怎样使这一批批的青少年健康成长呢?又如何使这一批批的青少年最后能成为优秀的技工毕业生为社会作出应有的贡献呢?这不仅需要班主任具有强烈的事业心,责任感,更需要班主任具备一定的组织管理能力以及科学的管理方法。
