5月15日,在“5.17”世界电信和信息社会日前夕,为助力TD产业发展,打造3G业务平台,由黑龙江省通信管理局组织筹建的黑龙江省电信工程技术研究中心正式揭牌成立。
On May 15, on the eve of the “5.17” World Telecommunication and Information Society Day, Heilongjiang Telecom Engineering Technology Research Center was set up by Heilongjiang Telecom Engineering Technology Research Center organized by Heilongjiang Communication Administration to facilitate the development of TD industry and create 3G business platform.
