目的:探究1例早期脑瘫合并自闭症儿童综合训练效果。方法:对2007年9月收治的一名早期脑瘫合并自闭症的患儿开展院内康复治疗及训练,并结合家庭综合康复训练,观察其康复效果。结果:患儿能正常进入幼儿园进行学习,经儿童孤独症评定量表评测分数为24分,日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分为40分。结论:对早期脑瘫合并自闭症患儿经院内、院外综合康复训练,着重体现家长在康复训练中的作用,以提高实际康复训练的效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive training on 1 case of early cerebral palsy and autistic children. Methods: An early childhood cerebral palsy with autism in children admitted to hospital in September 2007 for rehabilitation and training in the hospital, combined with comprehensive family rehabilitation training to observe the effect of rehabilitation. Results: Children were able to enter kindergarten for normal study. The score of autism was 24 points and the ADL score was 40 points. Conclusion: The comprehensive rehabilitation training for children with early cerebral palsy and autism has been given comprehensive rehabilitation training in hospital and outpatient department, focusing on the role of parents in rehabilitation training so as to improve the effect of actual rehabilitation training.
