建立了旋转薄膜蒸发器的计算模型 ,采用大型CFD软件CFX4 4模拟了旋转薄膜蒸发器内传热过程 ,得出了蒸发器内料液与壁面间的传热系数 ,探讨了 6种参数对旋转薄膜蒸发器内料液与壁面间的传热系数的影响。研究结果表明 ,刮板转速和倾角对蒸发器内流动状态的影响最为显著 ,增大刮板转速和倾角可以明显促进液膜和涡旋的物质交换 ,提高传热效率。
The calculation model of rotating thin film evaporator was established. The large-scale CFD software CFX4 4 was used to simulate the heat transfer process in the rotating thin film evaporator. The heat transfer coefficient between the liquid and the wall in the evaporator was obtained. Effect of Heat Transfer Coefficient between Liquid Material and Wall in Thin Film Evaporator. The results show that the influence of scraper rotation speed and tilt angle on the flow state in the evaporator is most significant. Increasing the rotation speed and inclination of the scraper can obviously promote the material exchange between the liquid film and the scroll and improve the heat transfer efficiency.
