某碱法铀厂采用数台哨式高压浸出釜(以下简称哨式釜)串联组成的浸出系统,在运转中尽管有比较好的浸出率,但还存在一些问题有待解决。这些问题是:釜间和整个系统压力降过大;釜间导管磨损快;停车排料困难;以及金属跑损严重等。 本文阐述了哨式釜压力降大的原因,对现场各釜间的压力降进行了系统的计算,并针对该碱法铀厂将要处理的深部含硫高的铀矿石对浸出的特殊要求而提出点改进意见。
