大连星海湾跨海大桥主桥采用双塔三跨地锚式双层悬索桥的结构形式,设计基准期100年。其重力式锚碇完全设置在海中,并由下部基础与上部结构两部分组成;上部结构主要由锚块、散索鞍支墩、底板及前锚室等部位构件在空间上围合而成的锚体。锚体混凝土属于大体积混凝土,采用C45F350W6的海工高性能混凝土。本文主要介绍了该悬索桥在实施过程中总结形成的锚体施工质量控制关键技术,对我国跨海桥梁的施工质量水平提高具有一定的借鉴价值。
The main bridge of Dalian Xinghai Bay Cross-sea Bridge adopts the structure of double-tower three-span ground anchored double-deck suspension bridge with a design reference period of 100 years. This paper mainly introduces the key technologies of the construction quality control of the anchorage body, which is formed during the implementation of the suspension bridge. It has some reference value for improving the construction quality of the bridge across the sea in China.
