法学课程是法学教育的核心,其设置直接影响法律人才培养的质量。在涉东盟法律人才培养的背景下,广西相关高校在法学课程设置方面应当科学解决下述突出问题:其一,合理确立法律外语课程性质,解决传统外语教学存在的重理论、轻实践以及听、说、读、写、翻译能力不均衡发展的问题;其二,在考虑法律服务需求,结合国别、区域及高校因素的基础上,确定东盟法学课程内容;其三,完善教师激励制度,多渠道培养和引进法学教学人才;其四,完善课程体系,协调教学容量,合理解决教学容量和教学时间的冲突问题。
