当前信用失范问题的凸显已引起社会上上下下的关注,要求治理的呼声激扬,治理的举措也相继出台,市场环境和社会环境有了初步的好转迹象。但是,市场经济秩序的治理决非一蹴而就的事情,也不能头疼医头脚痛医脚,以作表面文章为满足,而是应该进一步了解和研究当前信用失范现象的社会历史方面的深层原因,理性地看待这一现象,从而以长期、全面、治本的精神逐步地改造这一社会痼疾。
The current prominence of credit anomie has caused the community’s attention from above and below, called for the voice of governance, the governance measures have also been introduced, the market environment and social environment have shown signs of improvement. However, the governance of the market economic order is by no means a one-time operation, nor can it be a headache to deal with superficially, but it should be further understood and studied for the deep-seated reasons of the current social and historical causes of credit anomie. This phenomenon should be viewed with a view to transforming this social disorder step by step in a long-term, comprehensive and radical manner.
