目的检测冠心病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血浆脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平,分析其与冠心病严重程度的相关性。方法 80例冠心病患者作为实验组,40例健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2水平,分析hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2水平与冠心病严重程度的关系。结果冠状动脉病变支数越多、冠状动脉狭窄程度越严重,患者hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2水平越高(P<0.05),且实验组hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析表明,hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2与冠状动脉病变支数(r=0.175、0.173,P<0.05)和狭窄程度(r=0.167、0.165,P<0.05)均呈正相关。结论 hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2水平与冠状动脉病变分支数量及狭窄程度呈正相关。
Objective To detect the serum levels of hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and analyze their correlation with the severity of coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with CHD as experimental group and 40 healthy subjects as control group. The levels of hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 in both groups were detected. The relationship between hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 levels and the severity of coronary heart disease was analyzed. Results The more lesions in coronary artery, the more serious coronary stenosis, the higher the levels of hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 (P <0.05), and the levels of hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 in experimental group were higher than those in control group <0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between hs-CRP, Lp-PLA2 and coronary artery lesion count (r = 0.175,0.173, P <0.05) and stenosis (r = 0.167,0.165, P <0.05). Conclusion The levels of hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 are positively correlated with the number of branches of coronary artery and the degree of stenosis.
