施工项目管理是建筑企业运用系统论的观点、理论和方法,对施工项目进行的计划、组织、监控、协调等全过程实施的全面管理。施工项目的管理者是建筑企业,其管理对象是施工项目。推行项目管理是管理工作的深化,是长期以来企业管理工作实行行政建制的层次化管理向以工程项目为对象的对象化管理的转变。为此,现就施工项目管理在建筑企业管理中的重要性进行论述。
Construction project management is the perspective, theory and method of construction enterprises applying system theory to comprehensively implement the whole process of project planning, organization, monitoring and coordination. Construction project manager is a construction company, its management object is the construction project. Carrying out project management is the deepening of management work, and it is the shift from the hierarchical management of implementing administrative management to the object-oriented management of engineering projects for a long time. To this end, construction project management is now on the importance of building management.
