在医疗照射中,X射线诊断所占频度最大,而胸部透视又占X射线诊断总频度的61.8%。实际调查发现,大多数放射科在进行X射线胸透检查时,为了工作方便和节省时间,让数人同时进入机房内候检。监测结果表明,在机房内的候检者,每次胸透将接受(2~4)×10~(-2)mGy不必要的散漏射线的照射。为了保护候检者,我们测定了机房内辐射场的剂量分布,设计制造了机房内候诊防护围屏,现将测试结果报告如下。
In medical exposure, X-ray diagnosis occupies the largest frequency, while chest fluoroscopy accounts for 61.8% of the total frequency of X-ray diagnosis. The actual survey found that most radiology X-ray chest X-ray examination, in order to facilitate work and save time, so that at the same time several people into the room waiting for the seizure. Monitoring results show that, in the engine room of the candidate, each chest will receive (2 ~ 4) × 10 ~ (-2) mGy unnecessary scattered radiation exposure. In order to protect the candidate, we measured the dose distribution of the radiation field in the engine room, and designed and manufactured a waiting screen for the ambient temperature in the engine room.
