烟台万华聚氨酯股份有限公司成立于1998年12月,于2001年1月成功在上海证券交易所上市。近年来,烟台万华高速增长,销售收入从1999年的仅2.10亿元,跃升到2005年的33亿元;自2000年开始,连续五年销售收入和净利润年均增长超过50%。公司的竞争力和行业地位不断提高,逐渐完成了由市场“跟随者”向“主导者”的转变,在中国市场的占有率超过所有跨国公司,成为国内MDI领域无可争议的霸主。针对公司未来一定时期内仍将保持规模快速增长的现状,公司管理层深深地意识到,公司所依赖的资源是有限的,但公司发展对资源的需求是无限的。如何将有限的资源价值最大化,达到“好钢用在刀刃上”的效果?

In response to the Company’s current situation of maintaining rapid growth in size in a certain period of time in the future, the management of the Company is deeply aware that the resources on which the Company depends are limited, but the company’s demand for resources for development is unlimited. How to maximize the value of limited resources, to achieve “good steel in the knife” effect?
