以密级配沥青混合料AC-20为例,采用冻融劈裂试验方法,用劈裂强度比(TSR)来评价水稳定性能,重点研究了温度、RAP掺量、添加剂和发泡水量对水发泡温拌再生沥青混合料水稳定性的综合影响。研究结果表明,旧沥青混合料(RAP)烘干温度相同时,水发泡温拌再生沥青混合料的TSR值随新料加热温度和混合料的击实温度增加而增大,水稳定性增强,尤其在有添加剂或旧料掺量增加时,温度对其水稳定性的影响更明显;但当旧料烘干温度升高时,再生沥青混合料的水稳定性有所减弱;在温拌再生沥青混合料中添加液体抗剥落剂和消石灰后,其TSR值有较明显的增长,消石灰的改善效果略好;相同试验条件下,随着旧料掺量的增加,水稳定性会有所减弱;旧料掺量不同时,发泡水量对水稳定性的影响呈现出不同的规律。
