“,”Objective:To investigate the quality of life for Stanford type B aortic dissection with thoracic endovascular aortic repair and its influencing factors. Methods:One hundred forty-six patients with thoracic endovascular aneurysm repair in the Shiyan People′s Hospital (Renmin Hospital, University of Medicine) were selected by convenience sampling method. The general data questionnaire and the universal quality of life scale (SF-36) were used to investigate the factors influencing the quality of life of patients through univariate analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results:The average total score of life quality of the patients was (64.32±9.87), which was lower than the national normal level. Multiple regression analysis found that age, marital status, education, residence, family monthly income, complications, postoperative complications and postoperative adverse reactions were the influencing factors. Conclusion:The quality of life for Stanford type B aortic dissection with thoracic endovascular aortic repair was lower, mainly related to disease-related factors and non-disease-related factors, in clinical work, should fully consider the related factors that affect the patients quality of life, according to the patient′s individual situation, provides the effective intervention for patients, improve the patient′s quality of life.
