二氧化硫(SO_2)是工业上常见的刺激性气体。1980年我公司磷肥厂二硫酸车间五系统大修,因30％硫酸循环桶内防腐涂料环氧树脂未干,派人进入桶内检查,当时五系统沸腾炉正在加热,大量SO_2气体经净化系统进入冷却塔和泡沫塔,并逸流至30％硫酸循环桶内。当工人进入桶内或在桶旁进行抢修时,5人发生了急性SO_2中毒。经调查,因未戴防毒面具或防毒面具脱落而吸入高浓度SO_2气体的有3人,戴有过滤式防毒面具的2人,均发生了不同程度的急性SO_2中毒。
