乐清湾大桥是浙江省内第一座采用短线匹配法节段梁预制技术的大桥,这座大桥能否顺利通车对短线匹配法节段梁预制技术在浙江省的推广有着重要意义。结合乐清湾大桥工程实例,讲述了“六点全站仪法”与“四点尺量法”相结合的节段梁测量控制流程及预制线形控制的原理,分析对比了两种测量方法的现场试验数据,并对预制过程中的测量误差来源、提高预制精度措施做了详细阐述,对今后短线匹配法节段梁预制的施工控制工作有一定的借鉴作用。
The Yueqing Bay Bridge is the first bridge in Zhejiang Province to adopt the short-line matching method to prefabricate section beams. Whether this bridge can be opened to traffic is of great significance for the promotion of the section beam prefabricated by the short-term matching method in Zhejiang Province. Combined with the engineering example of Yueqing Bay Bridge, the article describes the control flow of section beam and the principle of prefabricated linear control combined with “six-point total station method” and “four-point ruler method”, analyzes and compares two Measuring method field test data, and the sources of measurement error in the preforming process to improve the prefabricated precision measures made a detailed description of the short-term matching method precast girder section of the construction control work have some reference.
