用一台苹果Ⅱ型个人计算机控制的串联毛细管柱系统,通过分别改变两柱温度来实现选择性自动优化并简单地介绍了系统的硬件和软件。系统以最短时间内分离最多个峰做为判别最佳条件的依据,并采取“分步逼近”的温度变化模式来确定对某被分离混合物的相对最佳条件。实验混合物的运转结果表明,系统工作可靠。指出了本系统在含有宽极性范围组分的混合物分析中的潜力。
An Apple II PC-controlled tandem capillary column system was used to selectively and automatically optimize by changing the temperature of the two columns, respectively, and simply introduced the hardware and software of the system. The system separates the most peaks in the shortest time as the basis for judging the optimal conditions and adopts the “step-by-step” temperature change mode to determine the relative optimum conditions for a mixture to be separated. The experimental results show that the system works reliably. The potential of this system in the analysis of mixtures containing a broad range of polar components is pointed out.
