在禾谷类作物中,玉米的组织培养要比水稻、小麦更困难些,所以研究工作的进展相对较慢.1975年美国C.E.Green用玉米幼胚进行离体培养获得再生植株,此后玉米幼胚培养技术才得到较快的发展.我国学者吴家道、谢友菊、缪树华和刘纪华等也都有了这方面的报道.现有文献报道对不同基因型的玉米在离体条件下诱导成愈伤组织这一过程很少有详细的记述.本文对24个玉米基因型包括不同来源的自交系和单交种幼胚培养的特点进行了观察分类,可供进行玉米幼胚培养研究工作的参考.

In 1975, CEGreen from USA used in vitro culture of immature embryos to obtain regenerated plants, Technology has been rapid development.Chinese scholar Wu Jia Dao, Xie Youju, Miao Shuhua and Liu Jihua also have this aspect of the report.It has been reported in the literature on different genotypes of maize induced into callus under the conditions of this process There are few detailed descriptions.In this paper, 24 maize genotypes including different sources of inbred lines and single cross-species immature embryos cultured characteristics were observed and classified for the study of maize immature embryo culture reference.
