抗炎1号栓是一种广谱的抗菌消炎药,其主要有效成分为黄芩甙。黄苓甙水解后生成的甙元黄芩黄素,易被氧化,使制剂的质量降低。本文采用化学动力学方法,对此栓剂中黄芩甙的稳定性进行了考察,结果t_(0.1)为二年。
Anti-inflammatory No. 1 suppository is a broad-spectrum anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory drug whose main active ingredient is Astragalus membranaceus. The astragaloside produced after the hydrolysis of Astragalus is easy to be oxidized and the quality of the preparation is reduced. In this paper, the stability of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in suppositories was investigated using chemical kinetics method. The result was t_(0.1) for two years.
