目前,我国行政事业类预算项目尚缺少一套科学、量化的绩效指标体系。本文从行政事业类预算项目绩效考评的框架、绩效指标的结构、绩效指标体系的构建几个方面加以阐述。在构建绩效指标体系时应采用共性指标与个性指标相结合的方法,同时兼顾可行性和可操作性。
At present, China’s administrative budget category still lacks a set of scientific and quantitative performance indicators. This article elaborates from several aspects: the performance appraisal framework, the structure of performance indicators and the construction of the performance index system of the administrative budget projects. In the construction of performance indicator system should be used common indicators and personality indicators combined method, taking into account the feasibility and operability.
