目的 :观察MADVp方案加培元固本液治疗高龄晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法 :培元固本液每日一剂 ,二个月为一疗程 ,MADVp方案 3周重复一次 ,3～ 4次为一疗程。结果 :CR7例 (10 % ) ,PR31例 (4 5 .6 % ) ,总缓解率 5 5 .6 % ,病人主客观症状明显改善 ,生存质量提高 ,对心肝肾功能无明显影响。结论 :该中西医结合治疗方案具有缓解率较高 ,毒副反应较小 ,用药方便而安全 ,具有较高的临床实用价值和推广价值。
Objective: To observe the short-term curative effect of MADVp combined with Peiyuan Guben liquid in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Method: Peiyuan solid liquid one day a day for two months for a course of treatment, MADVp program repeated once every 3 weeks, 3 to 4 times for a course of treatment. Results: CR7 patients (10%) and PR31 patients (45.6%) had a total response rate of 5.56%. Patients’ subjective and objective symptoms improved obviously, their quality of life improved, and their heart, liver, kidney function had no significant effect. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment with high remission rate, fewer side effects, medication convenient and safe, with high clinical value and promotion value.
