心理卫生是指保障心理的健康正常状态的措施和各种活动的总和,它包括研究心理特征,预防精神病、神经官能症、各种心身疾病和病态人格,普及心理学知识等。心理卫生对于人的身心健康是必不可少的条件,必须从小抓起。因此,在幼儿教育中必须重视心理卫生问题。大量调查、研究表明,目前在我国的幼儿中主要存在下列几个方面的心理卫生问题: 1.小儿多动症(MBD)。据国内部分地区的调查,患此症的儿童约占2～3%,男孩多于女孩。2.社会行为问题。包括爱发脾气、好打架、争吵、说谎、忌妒、强欺弱、恶作剧、不能和别的儿童友好
Mental hygiene refers to the measures to protect the normal state of mental health and the sum of various activities. It includes the study of psychological characteristics, prevention of mental illness, neurosis, various psychosomatic diseases and sick personality, popularization of psychology knowledge, and so on. Mental health is essential for people’s physical and mental health conditions, we must start small. Therefore, we must pay attention to mental health problems in early childhood education. A large number of investigations, studies have shown that there are mainly in the following aspects of mental health problems in children in our country: 1. Pediatric ADHD (MBD). According to some parts of the country’s survey, children suffering from this disease accounts for about 2 to 3%, more boys than girls. 2. Social behavior issues.
