流行性腮腺炎併发胸骨前水肿,国內成人病例已报告三例,但儿童病例尚未見有报告。我院傳染病房1964年6月見到一例,現报告如下: 病例报告患儿女(住院号49896),8岁,小学生,于1964年6月10日因两側腮腺肿大一周,頸部胸部肿脹一天入院。患儿一周前突然畏寒,繼之发燒,当时体溫为39℃。右側腮腺部肿脹与痛,次日左側腮腺也肿脹,并逐漸加重因而張口困难,尤其吃酸类食物与硬食物脹痛更为显著。发热持續三天而自癒,但两側腮腺部肿脹更为明显。入院前一天出現頸部、胸部肿脹水肿。发病前三天同班学生有类似 Mumps complicated with anterior sternal edema, three cases of domestic adult cases have been reported, but no case of children have been reported.
