自从1984年小平同志提出“计算机的普及要从娃娃做起”以来,中小学计算机教育已经跨过了十多个年头。随着计算机技术的飞速发展,中小学计算机教育的许多观念和内容正在更新,国内外许多有识之上一再呼吁,应该从现代信息学角度来认识和处理中小学计算机教育。虽然计算机技术与航天工业、核子物理等都属于现代高科技,但是计算机技术又有它大众化的一面,它的触角同时又伸向社会各行各业,直至教育和家庭娱乐。现代信息社会并不需要许多人去学习航天技术和核物理知识,但是却趋使着许多入学习计算机应用技术。它已逐渐成为信息社会成员进行信息交流,乃至生存的必备手段。中小学计算机普及教育同样也突破了计算机本学科的范畴,开始向整个教育领域进行广泛地渗透,而且直接影响着一些主要学科的课堂教学改革,涉及到如何培养适应未来社会所需人才的问题,这也是传统教学模式面临最大扫挑战。
Since 1984, when Comrade Xiaoping proposed that “popularization of computers should start with dolls”, computer education in primary and secondary schools has spanned more than 10 years. With the rapid development of computer technology, many concepts and contents of computer education in primary and secondary schools are being updated. Computer education in primary and secondary schools should be recognized and dealt with from the perspective of modern informatics. Although computer technology, aerospace industry and nuclear physics all belong to modern high-tech, computer technology has its own popularity. Its tentacles extend to all walks of life in society as well as education and home entertainment. Modern information society does not require many people to learn aerospace technology and nuclear physics knowledge, but it has led to many into the study of computer technology. It has gradually become a necessary tool for information society members to exchange information and even survive. The popularization of computer education in primary and middle schools also broke through the category of computer science and began to permeate the entire education field extensively. It also directly influenced the reform of classroom teaching in some major disciplines, including how to cultivate the talents needed in the future society, This is also the traditional teaching model facing the biggest sweep challenge.
