我国园林绿化工程监理起步较晚,且监理对象是种植有生命的树木花草。必须采用定性与定量、“弹性”范围尺度等综合检验手段进行检查,控制难度较大。作者所参与的项目位于海边盐碱地,环境恶劣,受海边气候影响较大,土壤盐碱成分较高,树木不易成活,与城市绿化有很大的差别,为保证绿化成活率对监理质量控制提出了更高的要求。本文阐述了园林绿化工程监理控制特点和海边盐碱地园林绿化工程监理控制方法和要求。
