浙江舟山,有1390多个岛屿组成,一个建在群岛上的城市,犹如洒在海上的明珠,横梗在浩瀚的东海洋面上,干百年来舟山孤悬海外,非舟不相往来,受水运交通的限制,尤其是每年的台风和季风天,海上掀起巨浪,常常使交通运输中断,使舟山成为一座与外界隔绝的孤岛。交通成为制约舟山发展的不可逾越的瓶颈。金塘大桥、西堠门大桥是浙江省“五大百亿”工程之一,是舟山跨海大桥二期工程的重要组成部分。两个项目
