作者观察了当归注射液对肝硬化患者氧自由基和肝功能的影响。发现当归能明显降低脂质过氧化物、腺苷脱氨酶和门冬氨酸氨基转移酶等。提示当归是通过抑制氧自由基所引起的脂质过氧化作用而减轻肝硬化肝细胞的损伤。中药当归对肝硬化患者的肝细胞具有明显的保护作用。
The authors observed the effect of Danggui Injection on oxygen free radicals and liver function in patients with cirrhosis. Angelica was found to significantly reduce lipid peroxides, adenosine deaminase and aspartate aminotransferase. It was suggested that Angelica sinensis alleviates the damage of hepatic cirrhosis hepatocytes by inhibiting lipid peroxidation caused by oxygen free radicals. Chinese angelica has obvious protective effect on liver cells in patients with liver cirrhosis.
