以既有建筑的外墙保护工程为研究背景,利用Midas Gen有限元软件对外墙及其支撑体系在保护施工全过程中的变形及应力状态进行了计算分析。通过分析研究得出:在施工过程中,外墙的水平变形和层间位移角的最大值主要集中在中间楼层,且变形在1.5 mm范围内,层间位移角在300×10~(-6)范围内,外墙立柱的应力在-2.4 MPa范围内,表明支撑体系能给外墙提供有效的保护作用。
Taking the external wall protection project of the existing building as the research background, the deformation and stress state of the external wall and its supporting system during the protective construction are calculated and analyzed by using the software of Midas Gen finite element. Through the analysis and research, it is concluded that during the construction process, the horizontal deformation of the external wall and the maximum displacement angle are mainly located in the middle floor, and the deformation is within 1.5 mm. The displacement angle between layers is 300 × 10 -6 ), The external column stress is within -2.4 MPa, indicating that the supporting system can provide effective protection to the external wall.
