目的:探讨在病区实行护士层级管理对提高临床护理质量水平的效果。方法:采用等组实验法设计,选取实施护士分层级管理模式后在我科住院的1000例患者作为观察组,将实施前住院的1000例患者作为对照组。按《广东省医院临床护理质量评价指南》中的临床护理质量评价指标,统计两组患者在不同管理模式下各项评价指标发生的例数和对护理服务的满意度,比较实施前后病区临床护理质量指标比率和护理满意度的变化,并分析。结果:实行护士层级管理模式后临床护理质量指标发生比率较实施前明显下降,护理满意度明显提升,差异均具有显著统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:护士层级管理可满足不同患者、不同疾病及病情的需求,有利于护士素质和专业能力的提高,保证临床护理质量的持续改进,提升服务水平,赢得患者满意,值得推行。
Objective: To explore the effect of nurse-level management in the ward on improving the quality of clinical nursing. Methods: Using the method of equal group design, 1000 patients hospitalized in our department were selected as the observation group after the implementation of the hierarchical management of nurses, and 1000 patients who were hospitalized before implementation were selected as the control group. According to the evaluation index of clinical nursing quality in Guangdong Provincial Hospital Clinical Nursing Quality Evaluation, the number of each evaluation index and satisfaction with nursing service of the two groups under different management modes were statistically calculated. Before and after the implementation of clinical nursing quality evaluation index Nursing quality indicators and nursing satisfaction rate changes, and analysis. Results: The rate of clinical nursing quality index decreased significantly after the implementation of nurse-level management mode, and the nursing satisfaction significantly improved. The differences were statistically significant (both P <0.05). Conclusion: The nurse level management can meet the needs of different patients, different diseases and conditions, is conducive to nurses quality and professional ability to improve, to ensure continuous improvement of clinical care quality, improve service levels, to win patient satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
