本文从分析社会主义市场经济条件下精神文明的特点入手,阐述了市场经济的不完善对精神文明的影响,提出了如何在完善社会主义市场经济体制的基础上加强精神文明建设。着重分析了市场文明与精神文明的关系、精神文明的共性与个性问题,指出应在完善社会主义市场经济体制的基础上,加强法制建设,规范市场行为,以人为本,做到精神文明建设与物质文明建设共同进步,以促进经济与社会的协调发展。
This article begins with the analysis of the characteristics of spiritual civilization under the condition of socialist market economy, elaborates the imperfection of market economy on spiritual civilization and proposes how to strengthen the building of spiritual civilization on the basis of perfecting the socialist market economic system. It emphasizes the analysis of the relationship between market civilization and spiritual civilization and the commonness and individuality of spiritual civilization. It points out that on the basis of perfecting the socialist market economic system, we should strengthen the construction of legal system, standardize the market behavior, regard people as the core, accomplish the construction of spiritual civilization and material civilization Build common progress and promote the coordinated development of economy and society.
