文献报道恶性疟原虫Pf155/RESA抗体或其3'端重复序列抗体能抑制裂殖子的入侵,在地方性疟区,此类抗体水平随居民年龄而增长,且与抗体保护力平行,而作者对马达加斯加居民的Pf155/RESA中心部重复序列(DDEHVEEPTVA)抗体研究发现与疟疾临床保护力呈负相关。本文进一步分析该抗体各亚类的水平及其与保护力的相关性。
It has been reported in the literature that P. falciparum Pf155 / RESA antibody or its 3 ’terminal repeat antibody can inhibit the invasion of merozoites. In endemic malaria areas, the level of such antibodies increases with the age of residents and is parallel to the protection of the antibody Studies on the Pf155 / RESA central repeat (DDEHVEEPTVA) antibody in Malagasy residents were found to be inversely associated with the clinical protection of malaria. This article further analyzes the level of the antibody sub-class and its correlation with the protective force.
