在知识已成为社会发展主导力量的新经济时代,有效地激励知识型员工、激发他们的潜能,继而提高企业的生产力及创新力,获取显著的成就是现代企业核心竞争力形成的关键。本文分析了知识型员工的内涵及特征,认为应以自我决定理论(SDT)为核心,实施按需激励、实行差异化管理,构建独特合理的激励机制,采取科学的激励方式、多元化的激励策略,营造学习型组织的氛围,创造良好的工作环境并且重视员工个体成长及职业生涯规划管理。
In the new economic era when knowledge has become the dominant force of social development, it is the key to form the core competitiveness of modern enterprises to effectively motivate knowledge workers, stimulate their potential, and then improve their productivity and innovation. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of knowledge workers, that should be based on self-determination theory (SDT) as the core, the implementation of on-demand incentives, the implementation of differential management, to build a unique and reasonable incentive mechanism, to adopt a scientific approach to encourage diversified incentives Strategy, create a learning organization atmosphere, create a good working environment and attach importance to the individual growth of staff and career planning and management.
