目的:观察不同比例配伍的东氯合剂减轻其对小鼠小肠蠕动抑制的作用。方法:测量各组小鼠小肠炭末移动百分率。结果:东氯合剂、东莨菪碱、氯丙嗪各剂量组均具有不同程度地抑制小鼠小肠运动的作用。以0.3mg东莨菪碱与12.5mg氯丙嗪组成东氯合剂后,其对小鼠小肠蠕动抑制作用较单用等量氯丙嗪差异无显著性(P>0.05);但较单用等量东莨菪碱差异有显著性(P<0.05~P<0.01),且在一定剂量范围其抑制肠道蠕动无剂量依赖性。结论:以0.3mg的东莨菪碱与12.5mg的氯丙嗪配伍合剂对小鼠小肠蠕动抑制最低。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of different concentrations of Dongsheng mixture on alleviating intestinal peristalsis in mice. Methods: The percentage of mobile carbon in small intestine of mice in each group was measured. Results: The results showed that all the dosage groups of Dongqin Mixture, Scopolamine and Chlorpromazine inhibited the small intestine movement of mice to some extent. After 0.3mg scopolamine was combined with 12.5mg chlorpromazine, the inhibitory effect on the small intestine of mice was not significantly different from that of chlorpromazine alone (P> 0.05) The same amount of scopolamine difference was significant (P <0.05 ~ P <0.01), and in a certain dose range of its inhibition of intestinal motility without a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: The inhibitory effect of 0.3mg scopolamine and 12.5mg chlorpromazine on the inhibition of intestinal motility in mice was the lowest.
