根据造成装备故障的老化失效和外部环境因素,将装备故障分为内部故障和外部故障,综合考虑装备的完美修理和换件2种维修策略,基于PH分布对装备内外部故障过程的描述建立了装备的维修模型。分析了该模型的2个性能测度,即单位时间内平均修理次数和换件次数,并给出了具体的算例。仿真结果表明,该模型具有通用性和实用性。
According to the aging failure caused by equipment failure and external environmental factors, the equipment failures are divided into internal faults and external faults.
