本次两会我最关注新能源汽车的发展,今年我就提出了关于对新能源汽车免征车辆购置税的建议。我认为,中国汽车业在较长时间内还将会有适度的增长,发展空间很大。从现阶段来说,汽车业适度调整不是坏事,将有利于长远发展,只有汽车消费市场和环境承载能力相互适应,社会才能协调进步。“目前,中国的千人保有汽车量还不到70台,从长远看,中国汽车在较长的时间内还是有适度的增长,需求还将逐步释放。”我对中国汽车业的发展充满信心。
