根据高速公路实际使用需求开发了一种组合型波形板活动式钢护栏,设置在中央分隔带开口处。基于现行规范的要求确定了碰撞试验条件和安全性能评价标准,采用有限元软件LS-DYNA对车辆-活动护栏的碰撞过程进行了数值模拟,并开展了实车碰撞试验对活动护栏的防护能力进行验证。试验结果表明:该活动护栏的碰撞能量达到160kJ,满足Am级的防撞等级要求;试验小型客车、大型客车碰撞护栏后均未发生穿越、翻越、下穿护栏的现象,驶出角度分别为9.2°和5.4°,表明护栏具有良好的导向作用;小型客车、大型客车碰撞过程中护栏的最大动态变形量分别为480 mm和560 mm,小型客车重心处三向加速度均小于20g;各项安全性能指标均符合现行规范的要求。
According to the actual needs of the highway to develop a combination of corrugated plate movable steel fence, set in the central partition opening. Based on the requirements of current codes, the collision test conditions and safety performance evaluation standards were determined. The collision process of vehicle-activity fence was numerically simulated by finite element software LS-DYNA, and the actual vehicle collision test was carried out to protect the fence verification. The test results show that the collision energy of the movable guardrail reaches 160kJ, which meets the requirements of the anti-collision grade of Am class. No crossing, overturning and under guarding of the guardrail occurred after the collision of the small passenger car and the large passenger car, and the exit angles were 9.2 ° and 5.4 ° respectively, indicating that the guardrail has a good guiding role. The maximum dynamic deformation of the guardrail during the collision of the minibus and the bus is 480 mm and 560 mm respectively, and the three-way accelerations of the center of gravity of the minibus are less than 20 g. The indicators are in line with the requirements of the current norms.
