目的对某煤矿矿井新建建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,提出职业病控制措施的建议。方法通过职业卫生现场调查法和检验检测法对某生产能力为4 Mt/a煤矿矿井新建建设项目(简称“新建项目”)进行职业病危害控制效果评价,明确该项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的系统或生产单元提出职业病控制措施的建议。结果该新建项目主要职业病危害因素为煤尘、矽尘、噪声和手传振动。个体煤尘超标率为69.0%(20/29),个体矽尘超标率为85.7%(6/7),个体噪声超标率为26.9%(7/26);掘进工具凿岩机手传振动4 h等能量频率计权振动加速度最大值为24.6 m/s2,超过国家职业接触限值。职业健康检查检出疑似粉尘作业人员观察对象63人,疑似噪声作业人员观察对象6人,检出率分别为4.6%(63/1 354)和2.3%(6/264);但无检出疑似职业病病人。结论该新建项目粉尘、噪声和手传振动等职业病危害控制效果尚未达到国家有关职业病防治法律法规和卫生标准的要求,作业人员出现一定程度的职业健康损害,应采取综合防治对策,以有效减少职业病危害因素对作业人员的健康影响。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on the new construction project of a coalmine mine and put forward some suggestions on the control measures of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational disease hazard assessment was conducted on a 4 Mt / a coalmine mine new construction project (referred to as “new project ”) through occupational health field investigation and inspection method. The hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by this project were identified, Analyze the degree of harm and the impact on the health of workers, evaluation of protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and put forward suggestions on occupational disease control measures for systems or production units that do not meet the protection requirements of occupational hazards. Results The main occupational hazards of the new project were coal dust, silica dust, noise and hand vibration. The exceeding rate of individual coal dust was 69.0% (20/29), the exceeding rate of individual silica dust was 85.7% (6/7), and the exceeding rate of individual noise was 26.9% (7/26); the vibration of boring machine rock drilling machine was 4 h The maximum value of energy frequency weighted vibration acceleration is 24.6 m / s2, exceeding the national occupational exposure limit.
