集成电路是信息产业的核心,是未来经济重要的增长点。掌握自主知识产权的集成电路设计、制造、封装、测试技术将牢牢地把握信息产业发展的主动权,从而极大地提高社会生产力。本文分析了目前国内的集成电路产业发展现状,并以知识产权专利为例分析了目前主要地区设计、封装、制造、测试的情况,同时分析了山东省与长三角地区、京津地区、珠三角地区的差距;然后阐述了目前国内十二英寸生产线的布局和基本情况,分析了山东省建设十二英寸生产线的优势和必要性,并给出了一些建议。
Integrated circuit is the core of the information industry, an important economic growth point in the future. To master the independent intellectual property rights of integrated circuit design, manufacturing, packaging, testing technology will firmly grasp the initiative of the development of the information industry, thus greatly improving social productivity. This paper analyzes the current status of the development of the integrated circuit industry in China, and analyzes the design, packaging, manufacturing and testing of the major regions with the patent of intellectual property as an example. At the same time, it analyzes the relationship between Shandong Province and the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin, Pearl River Delta Then, it elaborates the current layout and basic situation of 12-inch domestic production lines, analyzes the advantages and necessity of building 12-inch production lines in Shandong Province, and gives some suggestions.
