[目的]为研制更高效、安全的新型蔗田除草混剂提供试验基础。[方法]通过盆栽试验,采用共毒系数(CTC)法评价2甲4氯异辛酯与莠灭净对马唐、青葙的联合作用。[结果]2甲4氯异辛酯与莠灭净按有效成分9∶5比例混配,对马唐和青葙的协同增效作用明显,共毒系数分别达到156.24和140.40。采用比例法和对分法,确定了2甲4氯异辛酯.莠灭净混剂中各成分的最佳配比为:2甲4氯异辛酯35.4%,莠灭净19.6%,乳化剂10.0%,其余为溶剂。经稳定性试验,该乳油各项指标符合农药乳油标准。田间试验结果表明,55%2甲4氯异辛酯.莠灭净乳油在1 073~2 310 g(a.i.)/hm2的剂量范围内可有效防除绝大多数蔗田杂草。[结论]成功开发了高含量的莠灭净和2甲4氯异辛酯混剂产品,该产品具有高效、广谱、经济性好、使用方便等特点。
[Objective] The experiment was to provide the experimental basis for the development of a new type of sugar cane herbicide with higher efficiency and safety. [Method] The combined effects of 2, 4 - chloroisooctyl and ametryn on crabgrass and barley were evaluated by the method of co - toxicity coefficient (CTC) in pot experiment. [Result] 2 A 4 chloro isooctyl ester and ametryn were mixed at the ratio of 9: 5. The synergistic effects on cotyledons and barley were obvious. The synergistic coefficients reached 156.24 and 140.40 respectively. The ratio of 2 methyl 4 chloro isooctyl ester was determined by the proportional method and the dichotomy method.The optimal ratio of each component in the mixture of ametryn was 35.4% of 2-methyl-4-chloroisooctyl ester, 19.6% of ametryn, Agent 10.0%, the rest is solvent. The stability test, the EC indicators of pesticide EC meet the standards. The results of field trials showed that 55% 2-chloro-4-ethyloctanoate could effectively control most of the weeds in sugarcane field in the dosage range of 1 073 ~ 2 310 g (a.i./hm2). [Conclusion] The high content of ametryn and 2, 4-chloro-isooctyl ester products were successfully developed. The products are characterized by high efficiency, broad spectrum, good economy and easy to use.
